Job summary

Velera is seeking a Service Executive III to oversee the servicing relationship for assigned financial institution clients across lines of business. You will collaborate with the Client Growth Executive and enterprise units to align strategies, resolve issues, and drive adoption of Velera products.

You will advocate for clients, manage escalations, and deliver program updates to senior leadership and clients, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five years of client relationship or client servicing experience in financial services.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and improving client outcomes.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing relationships across client programs and partnerships.
• Identify client needs and manage day-to-day servicing requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with growth and enterprise units.
• Develop and present updates to senior leadership and clients.
