BOLD SCIENCE is seeking an Associate Client Service Director to act as a strategic partner to clients, overseeing a diverse portfolio and guiding account teams. The role requires strong scientific and commercial insight, and a track record in medical communications leadership.

The ACSD will drive tactical planning, resource allocation, and organic/new business growth while mentoring colleagues and expanding influence across the Client Services & BOLD team.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in the medical communications industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple therapy areas and client deliverables.
• Strong scientific and commercial knowledge to advise clients.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Scientific, Creative, Finance and People Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology, or medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Build open, honest partnerships with clients and align the BOLD team around them.
• Lead and develop account teams with strategic and operational direction.
• Oversee account financials, forecasts, and KPI achievement.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and pitches.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering team growth.
