Job summary

BOLDSCIENCE is seeking a Client Service Director (CSD) to lead multiple accounts with strategic scientific insight and senior client partnership in the medical communications industry. You will shape account strategy, manage budgets, and guide cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact programs.

In this role you will drive organic and new business opportunities, coach and mentor account teams, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the medical communications industry.
• Ability to work across therapy areas and lead diverse client projects.
• Proven track record in driving organic growth and new business.
• Deep understanding of pharma and competitor landscape.
• Experience collaborating with Scientific Services, Creative, Digital, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: manage client relationships and forecast needs; provide strategic direction to account teams.
• Project Management: lead portfolio discussions, ensure resources, and drive revenue growth.
• Business Development: identify and pursue new opportunities and pitches; stay abreast of industry innovations.
• People Management: supervise multiple team members, coach, and mentor across the agency.
