Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner and advisor.
• Leverage deep scientific, commercial, and medical communications expertise across therapeutic areas and medical education tactics.
• Lead multiple accounts, driving strategic planning, organic growth, and new business opportunities.
• Own account financials, forecasting, revenue targets, resourcing, and overall business performance.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across account teams and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Lead, coach, and mentor teams while supporting career development and building a strong collaborative culture.
• Partner with Scientific, Creative, Digital, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Bring fresh ideas and forward-thinking approaches to evolve the agency's offering and identify new opportunities.
