Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts and drive strategic direction for the team.
• Lead and mentor 2-5 team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and participate in pitches.
• Set realistic revenue targets and monitor portfolio performance against financial goals.
