Qualifications

• FINRA licenses or ability to acquire Series 66 on hire
• 1-3 years in financial services with focus on customer experience
• Ability to navigate a detailed compliance environment
• Knowledge of financial markets and products
• Strong client-focused service approach
• Willingness to learn and be mentored by team
• Tuition reimbursement can help obtain CFP or degree if needed
• Ability to arrange targeted appointments to engage clients
• Professional with polished communication style
