Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Relationship Manager to cultivate strong client relationships, support branch teams, and maintain organized client activity. You will help identify opportunities to add value and deepen client engagement, while meeting compliance standards and collaborating with the Fidelity team.

The role emphasizes proactive client service, ongoing learning, and mentorship within a sales/relationship management environment. Onsite work model is emphasized for collaboration.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• 1–3 years in financial services with focus on customer experience.
• Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement may assist obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Help facilitate relationships with Fidelity’s key clients and support the branch team.
• Keep Financial Consultants organized and ensure daily activities align with client needs.
• Develop opportunities to add value to client relationships and foster long‑term engagement.
