Job summary

You will learn to cultivate a book of business, identify opportunities, and collaborate with the Relationship Manager team to deepen client engagement across Fidelity’s client network. The role emphasizes planning, regulatory compliance, and excellent communication, with training and onboarding

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensing and state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 on hire
• 1-3 years in financial services with emphasis on customer experience
• Ability to navigate a dynamic, deadline-driven, and highly compliant environment
• Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
• Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service
• Creative thinking and comfort making decisions with team support
• Formal certifications or a degree are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement programs aid obtaining CFP or degree
• Ability to facilitate targeted appointments that drive meaningful client engagement
• Client-focused mindset with strong financial planning insight
• Vested interest in advocating for clients
• Professional, polished communication style
• Coachability, collaboration and curiosity as core strengths

Responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships with Fidelity’s most valuable clients and support branch team in strengthening client relationships
• Keep Financial Consultants organized and align daily activities with client needs
• Learn to cultivate a book of business and identify opportunities to add value to the relationship
• Deepen client relationships through mentorship and cross-team collaboration across Fidelity
• Be responsible for client contact strategy and building long-lasting meaningful client relationships
• Participate in Fidelity’s onsite working model and contribute to a positive client experience
