Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of products and services for the target client segment.
• Advanced knowledge of organization products and operations.
• Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Ability to develop and administer budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through Account Representatives, manages relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or region.
• Ensures customers receive an optimum level of products and services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Contributes to profitability by developing new business opportunities and retaining profitable relationships.
