HeartLand is hiring a Client Relations Manager in Pittsburgh to support the CRM team, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. The role focuses on proactive communication, schedule optimization, and expanding opportunities within the existing client base.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial landscaping management experience, fluent MS Office use, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Competitive base salary with benefits will be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial landscaping with management experience.
• Functional proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards of the landscape industry for the region.
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate competently with current customers to ensure all service needs are met.
• Work with management to determine best practices and schedules for services.
• Introduce and develop new landscape opportunities for current customers.
• Sustain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Maintain records of contract services and enhancements for each customer base.
