Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Client Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring renewal, retention, growth and profitability. This role works with production staff to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient services and serves as the primary contact for assigned clients, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, customer relations, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintains relationships and direct communication with client organizations to ensure high quality and service expectations are met.
• Develops and implements account-specific vision, strategies, and creative solutions; monitors and manages account profitability and growth of contract business.
• Acts as primary escalation contact for client concerns and resolves issues with customer service when needed.
• Conducts regular business reviews with clients to assess expectations and performance of maintenance teams.
• Identifies opportunities for new business and enhancements within client portfolios.
• Coordinates with sales and operations to ensure timely billing and smooth handoffs between teams.
