Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supporting renewal, retention, growth and profitability. You will work with production staff to ensure safe, efficient delivery and quality, owning the client relationship and serving as the primary contact for assigned clients.

You will report to the Branch Manager and may travel to client locations, coordinating with Sales and Operations to meet goals and ensure timely billing.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service or related field.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and attend after-hours events when necessary.
• Ability to exercise accountability, good judgement and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain client relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
• Develop account-specific vision and strategies; monitor profitability and drive retention and growth.
• Act as primary escalation for client concerns and coordinate with customer service.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and assess performance of maintenance teams.
• Identify opportunities for new business and enhancements; ensure timely billing and transition from Sales to Operations.
• Communicate schedules to production and align on plans; support project management with client requests.
