Responsibilities

• Build and nurture consultative relationships with key Payer clients and understand client strategy.

• Ensure service delivery commitments and coordinate with Optum Financial teams to resolve performance gaps.
• Negotiate renewals, contracts, and statements of work; interface with legal/finance.
