Wipro Limited in the New York City metro area invites applications for the role of Client Partner within our Media portfolio. This pivotal role centers on spearheading sales and delivering sustained growth and profitability within strategic media accounts, including studios, streaming platforms, and associated entertainment networks.

As a Client Partner, you will own the end-to-end client relationship, combining deep industry insight with strategic foresight to foster enduring partnerships,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience selling IT portfolio services to large enterprises.
• Experience managing direct profit & loss in media and entertainment, incl. studios and streaming networks.
• Track record of driving revenue, margins and bookings with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management and grow senior-level relationships for sustainable profitability.
• Develop comprehensive account plans with goals, risk assessments, and opportunities.
• Drive contract renewals and new opportunities with compelling value propositions.
• Oversee delivery operations with global delivery teams to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Represent Wipro at alliances and industry events to showcase thought leadership.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and bookings to maintain profitability and targets.
• Advise executives on trends, risks, and strategic adjustments to maximize client satisfaction.
