Storyteller is hiring an operational generalist to lead one of our largest client relationships in the US. The role requires guiding a multidisciplinary team across content, design, analytics, product and engineering coordination to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals.

You will drive prioritization, manage dependencies, and maintain a single source of truth for the account while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of outcomes.

Formación

• Must be able to lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate across content, design, analytics, and client delivery.
• Strong ability to translate unclear requests into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines.
• Experience in high-volume operations or program management within a SaaS or media environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the multidisciplinary team delivering work for the account.
• Maintain one clear operating picture across priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Set the team's workload and standards, inspect delivery and intervene early when quality, pace or performance slips.
• Run a high volume of work across content, publishing, design, analytics, client projects, releases, integrations and AI-enabled services.
• Prepare concise, accurate client updates and lead day-to-day delivery conversations.
