Job summary

Truist is seeking a CSBB Business Execution Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of highly complex workstreams in Consumer Banking and Wealth Management. This role serves as the primary liaison across functions, translating direction into actionable plans and driving accountability while guiding multi-team execution from intake through completion.

You will develop executive-level analyses and dashboards for decision-making, establish delivery controls, and mentor analysts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in business execution, operations, program delivery, analytics, or related roles.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous work with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience coordinating across multiple functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of highly complex business initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Translate leadership direction into executable plans, roadmaps, and governance.
• Lead cross‑functional execution with Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, etc.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to maintain momentum and quality.
• Develop executive‑level analyses, dashboards, and materials for decision‑making and governance.
