Job summary

Truist is seeking a CCS-TL to manage and train a team of Commercial Client Specialists in the United States. The role focuses on sales support, service support, and loan processing, coordinating with Relationship Managers and IRM partners to drive portfolio growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years CCS experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete all CCS training curriculum.
• Working knowledge of bank services and financial industry.
• Math aptitude with understanding of accounting concepts.
• Ability to supervise and lead others effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCSs, assist RMs with pipeline accuracy, calls, and onboarding tasks.
• Provide superior client service, handle servicing of loans/deposits/treasury tasks.
• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management and data accuracy.
• Lead region projects and supervise CCS direct reports; support hiring and training.
