State Street is seeking a Client Manager to oversee Charles River IMS accounts across Irvine, CA and Sacramento, CA with in-office presence expected. You will ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering effective services and strategic alignment with client leaders.

Responsibilities include high-touch engagement, building senior-level relationships, and expanding revenue opportunities, while staying current on IMS functionality. Travel 20-40% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology or related discipline.
• 5 years in Financial Services / Software; asset management preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior client personnel.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a book of Charles River IMS accounts.
• Maintain high-touch engagement with onsite visits and executive engagements.
• Develop relationships with senior client personnel to align CRD with strategy.
• Stay current with Charles River IMS functionality.
• Collaborate with internal client account teams and Alpha units.
• Identify revenue opportunities with sales team.
• Travel to client sites 20%–40% per year.
