Job summary

The Plexus Groupe is looking for a Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice at our Deer Park headquarters location, with consideration for the Chicago office. You will personally manage a dedicated book of business and mentor teammates to meet revenue and profit goals.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, 3+ years in client management and 5+ years in Employee Benefits Brokerage, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Up to 15% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of client management experience, with 5+ years of Employee Benefits Brokerage experience.
• Proven history of success managing client relationships.
• State Life and Health Producers license required; designation a plus.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, verbally and in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
