Job summary

Limestone Bookkeeping in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Client Manager to own a portfolio of clients at the controller level. This role is a trusted financial partner, guiding a growing team and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will review client work, meet with clients, prepare reports, and mentor staff on The Limestone Way. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Business and 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting are required; proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, and Google Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
• 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting; controller-level experience preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop & Online, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Deliverables: review team work, meet with clients, and provide financial reports and cash flow analysis.
• Coach & Support: mentor staff on The Limestone Way and maintain quality and communication.
• Manage the Details: review invoices, communicate scope changes, resolve client issues, and collect on past-due accounts.
• Stay Organized: use team calendar, task management software, and QB Time to keep work and billable time on track.
• Communicate with Purpose: present findings clearly, define problems, and draw data-backed conclusions.
