Job summary

Limestone, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle services for our diverse client base. You will own a client portfolio, perform self-reviews, and help produce trusted, client-ready financial statements.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment with a training period and autonomy long term, focusing on accuracy, relationships, and timely delivery of tasks. Prior QuickBooks Online experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting knowledge and business math skills.
• QuickBooks Online experience preferred; we work in both Online and Desktop versions.

Responsibilities

• Core Bookkeeping: end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations, tax filing (Sales/Use/Excise).
• Quality Control: ensure accuracy via self-review and records management for client-ready statements.
• Engagement: bring a positive, client-focused energy to interactions and collaboration.
