Job summary

Brady Martz in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Team Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting for clients and mentor SBS staff. You will oversee client relationships, manage the local market accounting team, and ensure timely delivery of complex reports, payroll, and financial statements.

This role requires 7+ years of bookkeeping experience including staff management, CPA preferred, and strong knowledge of general ledger and payroll laws. Growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of bookkeeping experience including staff management.
• Advanced knowledge of general ledger accounting and principles.
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages client relationships by monitoring client needs and adding value.
• Leads accounting service department team in the local market.
• Oversees accounting projects to meet client needs within deadlines.
• Prepares complex reports, tax forms, financial statements as required.
• Codes and reviews data entry of bank transactions and reconciles accounts.
• Mentors and trains employees in the accounting services department.
• Performs client billings for accounting services provided.
