Limestone Bookkeeping in Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced accounting professional to own a portfolio of clients at the controller level. This is not data-entry; it's a trusted financial partner role with mentoring responsibilities.

As Client Manager, you will review work, meet with clients, and ensure every deliverable meets Limestone standards before reaching the inbox. 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping and proficiency with QuickBooks, Office, and Google Suite are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting; controller-level experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to develop team members.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage client deliverables and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Deliverables: Review team work, meet with clients, provide financial reports and cash flow analysis.
• Coach & Support: Mentor staff on Limestone practices and culture, ensuring quality and communication.
• Manage the Details: Review invoices, changes in scope, resolve issues, collect on past-due accounts.
• Stay Organized: Use calendar, task software, and QB Time to track work and billable time.
• Communicate with Purpose: Present findings, define problems, and draw data-backed conclusions.
