Job summary

NACBA, a leading insurance brokerage, seeks a Client Manager to provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service and to perform Client Administrator duties for existing clients, while coordinating with team members. The role may also step in as Client Executive for assigned accounts during renewals and new business presentations.

Essential duties include advising on coverages and claims data, preparing renewal specs, and reviewing loss reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of daily World Class client service.
• Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• Advanced insurance designations preferred and a willingness to pursue further education.
• Significantly exceed expectations if currently employed at Marsh & McLennan Agency.
• Excellent understanding of insurance terminology and brokerage functions.

Responsibilities

• Continue duties of a Client Administrator and assist Client Executive with analyses.
• Proactively prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
• Assist with marketing renewal business as directed by Client Executive.
• Prepare experience modification projections using software.
• Review practice and calculations published by rating agencies and correct as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of policies to clients and assist with Stewardship Reports.
• Review loss run and claim status, prepare Loss Summaries and Large Loss Reports.
• Visit clients with Client Executive for renewal preparation and presentations.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable collections and participate in E&O audits.
