Job summary
Great American Logistics LLC is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve client logistics performance. Based on site in northern Indiana, you will analyze transportation data, identify optimization opportunities, and develop cost-efficient, high-service solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include creating client performance reports, presentations, strategy meetings, and KPI monitoring to ensure outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication to present findings and lead client discussions.
- Foundational finance/cost analysis knowledge related to transportation.
- Experience in consulting with a focus on client-facing strategy.
- Background in logistics or transportation operations.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization; knowledge of TMS is a plus.
