Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description The Client Strategy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in northern Indiana, responsible for leading strategic initiatives that improve client logistics performance and satisfaction. This role involves analyzing client transportation data, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing recommendations to enhance cost efficiency, service levels, and supply chain agility. The Client Strategy Manager partners closely with clients to understand business goals, presents insights and proposals, and ensures solutions are implemented effectively with internal operations and finance teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating client performance reports, preparing presentations, facilitating strategy meetings, and monitoring KPIs to track outcomes. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by gathering feedback, refining processes, and supporting new solution design for current and prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings, lead client discussions, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Foundational knowledge of finance and cost analysis related to transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in consulting or management consulting, with a focus on client-facing strategy and solution development.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools; experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
