Job summary

CourtAvenue is seeking a detail-oriented Client Finance Manager to join our fast-paced digital agency finance team. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and billing accuracy to support leadership decisions.

You will partner with operations and client teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with project scopes, manage WIP and revenue schedules, and lead monthly reviews to optimize profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in agency or services environments.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with agency workflows (time-based and project-based) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own financial oversight for a portfolio of client accounts, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align scopes of work with financial objectives.
• Monitor project burn, budget utilization and flag risks or variances.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
