• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in finance, accounting, billing, revenue management, or financial operations.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end law firm financial processes.
• Experience managing complex, high-value client relationships across global footprints.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on financial leadership across the global client relationship, including billing, revenue, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability and compliance.
• Establish and maintain robust financial governance, controls, and operating rhythms for disciplined management.
• Oversee client budget performance and matter-level activity across the portfolio, escalating variances to stakeholders.
