Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a Client Executive to deliver exceptional service to Gallagher's clients by leading client accounts and branch initiatives. You will build depth in client relationships and coordinate with vendors to provide comprehensive solutions.

In this role, you will manage complex self-funded accounts, communicate market and compliance insights, and drive renewals with a 95% target. Travel up to 25% may be required, and mentoring future leaders is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 10+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex self-funded accounts and act as strategic relationship manager.
• Maintain direct account responsibility and address clients' day-to-day needs while guiding annual strategy.
• Communicate market insights and compliance issues to clients.
• Cross-sell Gallagher resources (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits).
• Champion Gallagher tools to maximize efficiency in delivering client work.
• Support Client Service Cycle to ensure a smooth renewal process (target 95%).
• Mentor new hires and team resources; align with account management on standards.
• Ensure compliance with local and corporate policies in partnerships.
