Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant event experience.
• Minimum 12 years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event professionals from design to delivery of events.
• Manage full lifecycle of large-scale events including objectives, planning, venue sourcing, hotel and vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, registration, and post-event analysis.
• Refine event processes to maximize the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to achieve cost savings and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate across business services to ensure alignment across all events and compliance with guidelines.
