Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an Engagement Manager to deliver white glove client service and strategic guidance to key accounts in ICE Mortgage Technology. You will partner with engineers to translate business goals into technical plans and drive value across the contract lifespan.

The ideal candidate combines autonomy with strong communication, problem-solving, and executive-level stakeholder management to ensure health, adoption, and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in white glove client service or account management.
• Proven ability to engage executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience guiding clients through incidents and strategic planning.

Responsabilités

• Make client goals actionable with engineers and SMEs.
• Drive technical success from onboarding through contract lifespan.
• Cultivate relationships with technology executives and stakeholders.
• Establish trusted advisor status with client leadership and IT teams.
• Coordinate release timings and client-specific opt-in/opt-out processes.
• Communicate client value and future needs to internal teams.
• Ensure reporting requirements are met and on time.
