Job summary

Capital One Ad Solutions is seeking a Strategic Client Manager to partner with our top merchants and help them succeed using Capital One Ad Solutions’ product suite. In this client-facing role, you will apply strong analytics, account management, and strategic thinking to deliver bespoke campaigns.

You will collaborate with Product, Revenue Management and other stakeholders, train agencies, expand merchant relationships, and travel onsite for visits and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a client facing sales or account management role.
• At least 5 years of experience reviewing or analyzing data.
• Experience selling and managing merchants on sophisticated ad platforms.
• Enterprise sales or performance marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key external stakeholders (merchants, agencies, networks) to grow and cultivate Capital One Ad Solutions.
• Integrate Capital One Ad Solution's products and services with merchant partners.
• Leverage data to optimize and grow your book of business.
• Teach, support, and train agencies and industry partners on Capital One Ad Solutions.
• Work with Product, Revenue Management, and other stakeholders to drive the business.
• Drive strategic analysis to support merchant initiatives.
• Scale up new merchants via education and support.
• Demonstrated success leveraging data, analytical and communication skills.
• Travel onsite for merchant visits and industry conferences.
