Job summary

You will coordinate resources across sales, products, and operations, ensure high service levels, mentor analysts, and drive client satisfaction while contributing to retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field with relevant investment management/financial services experience.
• Familiarity with investment operations, insurance, fintech, or related domains is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the window into CWAN for clients, ensuring CWAN meets client expectations.
• Coordinate across sales, products, and operations to support client priorities.
• Oversee client engagement from daily users to decision-makers.
• Plan and oversee accurate daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and service delivery.
• Mentor analysts and provide client training and guidance.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded support.
