Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of client services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of brokerage industry and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through proactive contact.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting for client accounts, including RFP coordination.
• Consult with clients on investment options, fees, and service strategies.
• Review large claims and monthly claims experience with clients.
• Assist in revenue goal attainment and program term negotiations.
• Coordinate market selection for new and renewal business on designated accounts.
• Mentor junior staff and support team training.
