Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business related field.
• 7+ years of client services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the brokerage industry and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances relationships with existing clients through proactive contact.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting, including RFP coordination and client reporting.
• Consult with clients on investment options, fees, and goals.
• Review large claims and monthly experience for clients and advise accordingly.
• Coordinate market selection for new and renewal business on designated accounts.
• Mentor junior staff and develop department knowledge.
