Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• CPA or CMA license preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to handle complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and diverse software.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver value in professional services.
• Oversee accounting teams delivering services for diverse clients.
• Assess client financial needs and provide real-time reporting.
• Oversee month/quarter/year-end processes and journal entries.
• Prepare reports, tax forms, and client statements.
• Mentor staff and grow outsourced accounting services.
