Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a seasoned Private Client Solutions leader in Los Angeles to manage day-to-day financial operations for high-net-worth families and multi-entity structures. You will oversee a team of accounting professionals, deliver real-time insights, and partner with clients to optimize budgeting and cash flow.

The role emphasizes leveraging technology, maintaining accuracy, and providing strategic advisory services across accounting and reporting for long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, including staff management.
• Experience with multi-generational families, high-net-worth clients or family offices.
• CPA or CMA license preferred.
• Deep knowledge of general ledger accounting for complex multi-entity structures.
• Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Executes client-directed special projects with high-touch, personalized service.
• Monitors evolving client needs and aligns services to deliver value.
• Collaborates with internal tax experts to deliver customized solutions.
• Provides strategic advisory services including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization.
• Prepares and analyzes KPIs and management reports for clients.
• Mentors and trains staff to elevate technical proficiency and service standards.
• Manages client billings reflecting services provided.
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting and compliance with budgets and deadlines.
