Eide Bailly is seeking a Client Accounting Services Manager in Billings, MT. This role oversees client relationships and day-to-day accounting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and GL analyses.

You will mentor staff, manage billing, and ensure timely delivery of financial statements and tax forms. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and preferably a CPA or CMA license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• CPA or CMA license preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of general ledger accounting and principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and monitor client needs.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day accounting matters.
• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, and GL analyses.
• Review bank activity, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure timely distribution of tax forms and reports.
• Mentor and train staff in accounting processes.
• Prepare client billings for accounting services.
