Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Energy Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of clean energy contracts within the Global Energy Team's Clean Energy Asset Management group in the United States. You will manage and negotiate amendments, monitor performance, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with legal, finance, and sustainability stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, or environmental science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clean energy contract management or energy project operations.
• Experience managing renewable energy contracts, especially wind and solar.
• Experience drafting correspondence and developing partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with G Suite, Excel, Word, and Tableau.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and analyze energy data.

Responsibilities

• Own for all of Meta's executed clean energy and carbon credit requirements.
• Create and maintain documents related to clean and renewable energy contracts.
• Track counterparty compliance with contract milestones and deliverables.
• Manage amendments, collateral, force majeure claims, and other issues.
• Monitor project development and construction milestones and risk reporting.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, accounting, and procurement stakeholders.
