Clackamas County's Department of Human Resources seeks an experienced Classification & Compensation Manager to lead the county's classification and compensation programs, develop and administer pay plans, and advise leadership on compensation strategy and organizational design. The role offers hybrid on-site/telework with onboarding on-site; 40-hour weeks (Mon–Thu).

Salary range $119,614.73–$161,479.39 annually.

Qualifications

• Development and administration of classification and compensation programs.
• Advising HR leadership on pay structures and equal pay laws.
• Supervising staff performing classification and compensation activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of program goals and policies related to classification and compensation.
• Provide consultation to department managers and County Administration on compensation and organizational design.
