JM Family in Florida is seeking a Claims Mitigation Manager to lead analysis of anomalous claims activity and develop strategies to improve performance. The role collaborates with the claims team, field representatives, dealers and management to identify trends and drive effective mitigations.

The position delivers education and resources to the Field and supports about 50% travel for dealership visits, on-site support, and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in dealership Fixed Operations or related claims/service environment.
• Strong communication across departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze claims data and present clear recommendations.
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealers through the Claims Mitigation lifecycle from review to escalation.
• Translate data and trends into actionable narratives for Field partners and executives.
• Recommend mitigation controls to reduce avoidable claims impact.
• Provide field education and resources to strengthen claims mitigation knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure consistent stakeholder communication and documentation in systems.
