Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field and four years of progressively responsible budget/performance analysis experience.
• Two years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the City Budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with strategic and operational alignment.
• Lead performance management initiatives, data governance, and metric reporting.
• Present budget and amendments to the City Commission and coordinate cross‑department planning.
• Supervise Performance & Budget Analysts and related staff; ensure policy compliance.
