Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, IT, business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading IT teams or organizations, including IT operations management, IT strategy development, and driving large-scale transformational change.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with senior leadership engagement.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and IT-related financial strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
• Comprehensive understanding of current and emerging technologies, with ability to prototype and implement innovative solutions.
• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong decision-making abilities in risk management and strategic planning.
• Active participation in professional organizations and industry networks.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical behavior, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude towards change and innovation.
