Job summary

Cobalt Credit Union is seeking a Chief Information Officer to define and execute the technology strategy, driving innovation that delivers value to members and the organization. The CIO ensures alignment of the technology vision with business goals and leads enterprise information security programs.

The role also focuses on coaching and developing IT staff, collaborating across departments to secure data, improve services, and support growth within the community.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degree is required.
• Master’s degree Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degrees or certifications is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience leading IT in a medium/large organization; financial services preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Fiserv DNA and database technologies.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases, Windows Server environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Define and execute Cobalt Credit Union's technology strategy.
• Drive innovation that delivers value to the credit union and its members.
• Ensure technology vision aligns with business strategy and foster a culture of innovation.
• Serve as the process owner of the enterprise information security management program.
• Coach, manage, and develop IT staff.
