Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Chief Information Officer / Program Lead at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. You will set IT strategy for ALD systems, oversee software, IT infra, and engineering teams, and manage budgets while ensuring cyber security compliance and data integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to advance modernization and digital readiness for USMC aviation programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Master's degree in field of related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IT strategies that support Marine Corps aviation logistics goals, advising leadership on emerging technologies (AI, cloud) to enhance readiness.
• Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, and engineering teams.
• Manage IT resources and budgets; support modernization and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with Department of Navy cybersecurity standards.
• Provide site-level configuration management support for aviation programs and troubleshoot server OS (e.g., RHEL).
• Communicate with vendors and assist in developing digital presentations and documentation.
