Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer / Program Lead to guide IT strategy for Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. You will oversee ALD systems, software development, IT infrastructure, and a skilled team while ensuring data security and DON cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with DoD cyber standards and aviation IT systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing IT budgets and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IT strategies supporting 2nd MAW ALD goals and advise on AI and cloud.
• Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, and engineering teams.
• Manage IT resources and budgets.
• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop digital presentations and project documentation.
• Modernize and support IT infrastructure lifecycle.
• Ensure DON cybersecurity compliance and conduct cyber hygiene site visits.
• Provide configuration management support for aviation programs and OS support.
