Job summary

Hub Group seeks a Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive growth and efficiency across the business. The role supports Account Management and Operations, developing processes and monitoring metrics to improve performance and reduce costs.

You will assist with risk escalation, reporting tool development, and corrective action planning, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure long‑term reliability and margin optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
• Excellent oral communication, written communication and organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a self‑starter and have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the Hub organization in a manner that consistently produces results
• Proficiency with MS Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel for reporting
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management with top strategic accounts to optimize cost and margin.
• Lead resolution of service concerns via the Risk Escalation Process.
• Develop and analyze processes to identify improvements.
• Monitor customer performance metrics and resolve service failures.
• Develop reporting tools with the reporting team.
• Create internal processes and SOPs for Account Management and CI teams.
• Perform network failure trend analysis.
• Develop customer corrective action plans and assign tasks.
• Communicate with all levels within Hub Group.
• Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned.
