Job summary

Qualifications

• At least a year of work experience in banking/financial services required for Associate level; 4+ years of work experience for AVP level
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk or Law is required
• Knowledge of banking products and services, regulatory and compliance, banking/financial services industry, correspondent Banking Business Knowledge, marketing and risk management and assessment required
• Bilingual language skills in English and Mandarin is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify opportunities, conduct sales calls to financial institutions in US/North America and China for correspondent banking relationships, maintain relationships and develop new product projects
• Relationship and Account Management: Manage relations with customers, monitor account balances, review credit data and assess risk, coordinate with other departments, organize events to promote the Bank's brand
• Compliance: Perform due diligence (CDD/EDD/sanctions/PEP/Negative News), monthly screening, annual refresh reviews, monitor transactions, ensure compliance with policies, assist BSA officer, maintain customer profiles
