• Maintain regular contact with customers and deliver added value to existing relationships.
• Monitor accounts, review credit data, and analyze financial ratios to assess risk.
• Perform due diligence reviews (CDD/EDD, sanctions/PEP) and report unusual activity.
• Organize events and prepare marketing materials in accordance with policies.
