Androscoggin Bank is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic coordinator and trusted proxy to the CEO, COO, and leadership team. This role translates strategic priorities into clear operating plans with owners, milestones, and measures of success.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare executive-ready reports and briefings, and help improve information flow, decision-making, and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives in cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication for board and leadership.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO/COO and senior leadership in key meetings and communications.
• Develop agendas, presentations, talking points, summaries, and materials.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with owners and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and integration workstreams.
• Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, scorecards, and progress summaries.
• Identify trends, surface barriers, and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain follow-up discipline and document decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and data-driven decisions.
